Beanzawave - The World's Smallest Mircowave

MTA's Technical Officer Gordon Andrews has, in conjunction with Heinz just launched the smallest microwave Beanzawave. Measuring just 150 x 160 x 190mm, this mini size microwave will be powered up by the USB port of a standard laptop. How can it heat up with the low power USB? The key breakthrough is the use of a combination of mobile phone radio frequencies to create the heat to cook and it is possible to heat a pie, a burger, a cup of coffee in quick time. Price will be over $160 but we expect the price will go down very soon.
